Sales of new private homes holding up in August
The sales of private apartments and condominiums in Singapore remained strong in the month of August 2019, with more than 1000 apartments sold.
The projects which achieved great sales include the recently launched Parc Clematis, The Florence Residences, Treasure at Tampines, Parc Botannia, Parc Esta in District 14 and the executive condo of Piermont Grand.
Two of the upcoming project launches in September and October are District 11 condos of Pullman Residences and Neu at Novena. Pullman Residences is located just 3 minutes walk from the Newton MRT station, while Neu At Novena is just 4 minutes walk from Novena MRT station.
