27 Moulmein Rise sold to Roxy-Pacific Holdings associated company
RH Novena Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary company under the prolific developer Roxy-Pacific, has bought two adjacent land plots at 27 Moulmein Rise from 27MR.
The transacted price of the site, which has an area of 22,198 sq ft, is S$106 million.
The site of the former Grand Tower lies within the amalgamated land.
Roxy-Pacific will launch a 17-storey high project named Neu At Novena at the purchased site.
