The development will be developed jointly by 3 renowned developers, namely United Engineers Limited, Soilbuild Group Holdings Ltd and China Communications Construction Company. The developers acquired the site of Hillock Green through a Government Land Sales (GLS) in 13 September 2022.
Of the 3 bids submitted during the tender, the three developers having submitted the bid using the company names of “Forsea Residence Pte. Ltd., Soilbuild Group Holdings Ltd. and UED Alpha Pte. Ltd.” came up tops. The winning bid was $481.03 million, which translates to a land rate of $1,108 psf per plot ratio (psf ppr).
Locational Attributes
The 474-unit condominium will be part of the new Lentor Hills Estate, which is set within a private housing area comprising of apartments and landed properties in the Ang Mo Kio Planning Area.
Lentor Hills Estate is bordered by Lentor Estate, which consists of landed houses, to the north. South of the Lentor Hills Estate is the small and tranquil neighbourhood of Teachers’ Housing Estate. Comprising entirely of landed houses, the objective of developing the Teachers’ Housing Estate was to allow teachers in the sixties an opportunity to purchase their own homes within their income brackets.
The area to the East of the development consists of a mix of private residential apartments and public housing.
