The Government Land Sales (GLS) site at Lentor Central, which drew just 3 bids, was won by a consortium comprising of China Communications Construction Co, Soilbuild Group Holdings and United Engineers, a unit of Yanlord Land.
Based on a land area of 144,713 square feet, the winning bid of $481.03 million translates to a land rate of $1,108 psf per plot ratio (psf ppr).
